Miniature Poodles
Miniature poodles are 11 to 15 inches tall and weigh 12 to 17 pounds. Some of our poodles are a bit larger. For instance, our poodles from Germany are 16 inches tall and weigh 18 pounds and have produced smaller puppies that are 14 pounds when full grown and 12 to 14 inches tall. For this reason, I am including the German lines on our miniature page. For added research, the German poodles are called "klein pudels" in Europe.
Confident and proud, miniatures are not aware of their small size. My miniatures will play tag with my small standards and tease them to get the big ones to play chase. I have seen them run and stand under a bigger one to "hide" from another standard poodle that they teased--clever dogs!

This litter is due beginning of January. I expect this litter to be apricot, red, and possibly phantom. Expected adult weight is 16-20 pounds. This is an in-between size for miniature and moyen.
